Your responsibilities include:

Accounts Receivable Support: You will manage accounts receivable with a specific focus on French-speaking clients. This involves timely and accurate follow-up of outstanding payments.
General Ledger Administration: You will handle, manage, and monitor the general ledger, including processing journal and bank entries. Your meticulous approach keeps the financial administration accurate and up-to-date.
Preparation of Reports: You assist in preparing and drafting various reports, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Both internal and external reporting will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring clear and concise presentation of financial data.
Intercompany Reconciliation: You contribute to the monthly reconciliation of intercompany transactions and confirmations, ensuring that all financial data is accurately processed and reported.
Other Financial Tasks: In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also take on other ad-hoc tasks within the Finance department. This requires flexibility and a proactive attitude to contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.
