Functieomschrijving
As a Financial Administrator, you will be the central point for optimizing and managing the company's operational processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with the Head of Administration and your finance colleague to ensure the company's rapid growth is supported by a solid and accurate financial structure. Your role is crucial in defining, correcting, and improving process flows across various departments, including supply chain and sales.
  • Managing the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), including user permissions and settings.
  • Ensuring all transactions are posted correctly and investigating any discrepancies.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new ERP modules, such as WMS and enhanced approval structures.
  • Generating monthly sales reports and assisting with commission calculations.
  • Participating in month-end closing activities, including bookings and checks.
  • Acting as a key team member in the finance department, collaborating to solve problems and improve workflows.
  • Handling basic queries related to international VAT.
Functie-eisen
We are looking for a proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for process improvement. You are an open-minded and quick learner who enjoys working collaboratively to find solutions. You are not just a bookkeeper; you have a solid accounting foundation and understand the logic behind the numbers and processes.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar accounting or financial administration role.
  • Proven experience with an ERP system; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a major plus.
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • You are a team player who communicates effectively and enjoys working together to achieve common goals.
  • A good command of the English language; the ability to read and understand Dutch is a strong preference, speaking Chinese is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • You have a bachelor's degree (HBO) level of working and thinking.
Organisatie- en afdelingomschrijving Urovo is an international company experiencing explosive growth, having expanded its turnover from €400,000 in 2021 to over €10 million so far this year. To support this expansion, the company is focused on building a robust internal structure and professionalizing its processes. With a team of 22 employees spread across several countries, Urovo is moving to a brand-new office in Breda in June 2026. You will join the finance team, which will consist of three people, and you will report directly to the Head of Administration.

  • A competitive salary between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month, based on your experience.
