As HR Business Partner you work in an international environment, supporting two of the five global business units (BU Swine – 230 FTE and BU Aqua – 400 FTE) of Hendrix Genetics. Together with the local HR officers across the globe you will provide expert HR advice and guidance to their management teams and staff on HR matters. HR is a vital part of our growth and success. Organizational change is one of our key drivers as we are currently in the transition of leadership style, cultural change and we are moving towards one global standard in different HR processes. In close cooperation with the HR Leadership team you will co-develop HR strategies, tactics and operational plans for Hendrix Genetics and its Businesses.
Part of your playground will be Compensation and Benefits. You will translate the business needs into a global strategy that fits our future ambitions, ensuring attractiveness across different entities and geographical regions.
To work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and MT to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the business and in accordance with overall Hendrix Genetics HR Strategy, policies and plans. Some of your responsibilities:
- In close cooperation with HR Leadership team co-develop HR strategies, tactics and operational plans for Hendrix Genetics and its Business Units
- Structuring global compensation and benefits policies in close cooperation with HR Leadership Team.
- Help the organization become future-ready by focusing on the existing workforce in the organization and prepare them for the future via learning/development initiatives, strategic workforce planning and succession planning.
