To strengthen the Member Services team, Personato is recruiting a Customer Service Representative on behalf of Herbalife. This department supports all Herbalife members in the Netherlands and Belgium. Together with five colleagues, you’re the first point of contact for members regarding product orders, administration, the marketing plan, and Herbalife Nutrition (online) events. Every day is different, thanks to the variety of inquiries you’ll handle.Your main responsibilities include:

Handling administrative questions in the system
Other administrative tasks, such as processing requests and product orders to support members
Managing the inbound phone line for all member questionsAs a key player within the team, you’re driven and unafraid to influence processes at Herbalife. Your ambition and dedication mean you’re always looking to optimize and improve our workflows. With your proactive attitude, you’re ready to go the extra mile to achieve Herbalife’s collective goals.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’re constantly in touch with members. That’s why you are customer-oriented and have strong communication skills. You work independently but are always open to helping your colleagues. With your proactive attitude and good sense of humor, you ensure all members are helped quickly and leave every call with a smile.Further requirements:

MBO (intermediate vocational education) working and thinking level
Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
Comfortable working with various systems
Able to set priorities, flexible, and able to switch between phone and administrative tasks easily.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Competitive salary (€2800-€3200)
One-year contract for at least 36 hours per week with the prospect of a permanent contract
25 vacation days, with a scheme for up to 3 extra days every six months
