In this position at a rapidly growing international company in Eindhoven, you will be the key player in managing the warehouse, coordinating with couriers, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods.

Functieomschrijving
As a Logistics Coördinator, you are the central point for our stock management and inventory. You will manage both finished products and spare parts, ensuring our warehouse is a model of efficiency. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and have a varied role that combines hands-on tasks with administrative responsibilities. Your key activities will include:
  • Receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming goods from suppliers.
  • Logically organizing and putting away products on the shelves to optimize space.
  • Picking and packing orders based on requests from the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Creating shipping orders in the courier's online portal and printing labels.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for courier companies for all outbound shipments.
  • Occasionally assisting with refurbishing products returned from exhibitions.
  • Communicating with customers about the status of their shipments when needed.

We are looking for an accountable, flexible, and cooperative person who takes ownership of their work. Your logical thinking and communication skills are more important than years of experience. You are a team player with a good temper who thrives in a dynamic environment. Furthermore, you possess:
  • A strong sense of logic and an organized way of working.
  • The ability to be flexible and switch between different tasks.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A mandatory command of the English language; Dutch is a handy plus for communicating with couriers.
  • Previous warehouse experience is not required; we are open to motivated starters.

We are a fast-growing international company based in Eindhoven, with a team of around 16 colleagues and expanding rapidly. As part of the close-knit Supply Chain team, you will work directly with your supervisor and team leader. The team is highly collaborative, and everyone, including management, steps in to help during busy periods, such as large incoming shipments.
