Logistics Support Specialist

As a Logistics Support Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless coordination and administration of our logistics processes. In this dynamic position, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end administrative flow of delivered goods while supporting the team in maintaining excellent service levels. Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our supply chain and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Accurately process and manage orders from start to finish, including entering data into our ERP systems and preparing necessary documentation.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for logistics-related queries and resolve discrepancies or challenges, such as delivery delays or incorrect shipments.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams, keeping all parties informed of order status.
