As an Operational Backoffice Officer, you play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the organization. You work closely with teams such as Sales and Operations and ensure that orders, logistics and administrative processes are handled accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Processing and validating sales orders

  • Coordinating shipments and preparing the required documentation

  • Monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries and following up where needed

  • Managing return processes (RMA) in collaboration with customers and suppliers

  • Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks and reporting

  • Acting as a point of contact for operational questions

Functie-eisen

You are someone who:

  • Has completed an MBO-level education or equivalent

  • Has 2–3 years of experience in an operational or administrative role

  • Is fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Works accurately and has a structured way of organizing tasks

  • Is proactive, stress-resistant and solution-oriented

  • Has experience with Microsoft Office and preferably ERP systems
