As a Senior Planning Systems Consultant at EyeOn, you will be the strategic consultant for our clients, helping them refine and improve their supply chain planning processes. You will work with several colleagues in the "Planning Systems" division. This role emphasizes logic and algorithmic optimization. You will use these skills to build models that simplify complex workflows, making plans efficient and data-driven.

This is the ideal role for those who enjoy transforming detailed data into clear, actionable strategies. Ultimately, you will combine supply chain modeling and consultancy skills to deliver solutions that elevate these companies to the next level within a project management structure. Projects with clients typically last between 3-6 months.

In summary, here’s what you will do:

Engage Stakeholders: you will collaborate with various teams to facilitate change and ensure everyone is aligned;
Translate Business Challenges: you will assist clients in translating their supply chain challenges into workable and efficient solutions;
Training & Support: you will organize training sessions and provide ongoing support for both clients and EyeOn, ensuring everyone stays updated on the latest developments;
Drive Innovation: you will be a catalyst for innovation in the supply chain sector, ensuring that EyeOn stays ahead in this dynamic market;
Advise on the Latest Trends & Technologies: you will advise clients on innovations in AI and optimization, helping them maximize the value of these technologies;
On-site Workshops & Demonstrations: you will travel within the EU and occasionally to the US to provide on-site expertise and support clients (10-25% of the time per month).

Furthermore, you possess the following skills:

A master's degree in engineering, economics, IT, or equivalent work experience;
More than 3 years of experience in supply chain consulting or system implementation;
Familiarity with supply chain processes and digital transformation;
The ability to thrive in a fast-changing, international environment;
A strong interest in the latest trends in supply chain planning, especially around big data and AI;
You are based in the Netherlands;
A passion for promoting innovative solutions;
Affinity with data modeling;
Fluent in both Dutch and English.
