In this role, you lead projects from start to finish and ensure a seamless alignment between compliance, logistics and IT. You do not have formal line-management responsibility, but you do carry ownership. You are the person driving projects forward.

Your responsibilities include:

Designing, implementing and improving customs and compliance processes
Managing projects related to new customers, product lines and process changes
Analyzing data and information flows between systems (such as WMS and customs systems)
Translating logistical processes into concrete IT and system solutions
Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementing structural improvements
Acting as a key liaison between customers, internal departments and customs authorities

Essential:

Bachelor’s level (HBO) working and thinking ability, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
Proven experience independently leading projects
Strong Excel skills (experience with Power Query is a strong plus)
Solid understanding of logistics processes, preferably within a warehouse environment
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
You are not a starter; you already bring relevant professional experience

Nice to have:

Knowledge of customs regulations and compliance
A completed (Assistant) Customs Declarant qualification
Experience with WMS, customs systems or other logistics-related IT systems
