The Supervisor Distribution Compliance, along with two Compliance Specialists, is responsible for compliance in the Northern European region. This region encompasses the Venray locations, as well as our outsourced LSPs and activities in the UK, Iceland, and 5 French overseas territories. The Supervisor Distribution Compliance Specialist must ensure that everyone operates according to and in alignment with legal, regional, and local requirements and guidelines. This covers various areas such as inventory management, data maintenance, customs/shipping requirements, security programs, health and safety, quality and service agreements, and procedures. In the role of Supervisor, you will manage a team of two Compliance Specialists. The team is self-directed, but you are accountable for performance evaluations, addressing any issues, and driving improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of procedures for Inventory Management, Data Maintenance, and Change Management for the Northern European region.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive audit plan and schedule.
- Conduct thorough audit tests to evaluate the effectiveness of established procedures.
- Document and communicate audited issues, prepare audit reports, and track the progress of outstanding audit issues and tasks.
- Provide expert advice when the organization is not in compliance with regulations or internal policies and procedures.
- Develop action plans to ensure compliance.
- Ensure the maintenance of health and safety standards specific to the Venray location.
- Regularly update management on audit status through status reports, compliance summaries, and relevant regulatory actions.
- Operate in strict compliance with company policies, authorization levels, and SOX guidelines.
- Demonstrate proactive behavior by taking initiatives that benefit the company and its customers.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings for the "emergency" team.
- Participate actively in cross-departmental projects, collaborating with colleagues from various Herbalife departments.
- Establish a clear reporting structure to the Senior Manager Distribution Compliance EMEA, focusing on alignment with SOPs, frameworks, and various guidelines.
