Your role as a Graphic Artist

This role has a big focus on production and supporting the Media Production Team on campaign execution. As part of our Media Production Team, this position is instrumental in producing creative assets that inspire and engage our audience. You are empathic and open-minded. You understand the power of brand strategy and know-how to transform strategic/creative positioning into a piece of work that has a positive impact for our business.

You work with other creative team members to produce cross-media content and support the creative leads in the execution of requested cross-media campaigns
You produce creative content including graphics, templates, layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. These include web, print, events, email campaigns and other activities.
You handle graphic projects from the beginning design stages through to final production using specialized equipment. You are able to work on several projects at once and respect the deadlines given.
You are part of an international team to explore briefs and generate outstanding advertising material
You support your design work using insights from quantitative data and site metrics, segmentation, and customer feedback
You execute all visual production stages from receiving the design concept to the final hand-off.

What do you need to become successful in this role

Mastery of Adobe CC such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Proficient in After Effects and Premiere and experience with HTML, CSS, and Photo-/Videography would be very beneficial
Excellent English language skills and in addition any Dutch or German language would be appreciated
Understanding of modern digital technologies, different printing technologies and current responsive web design
You have the ability to interpret a brief and communicate internally when needed
You are able to work on multiple projects at one time
You are a good team player with an open-minded attitude and accept guidance and respond well to constructive criticism
