As our Accountmanager for the Benelux, you will be the vital link between our brand and the market. Your primary focus will be on rebuilding and strengthening relationships with our existing portfolio of around 55 specialist retailers in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will manage your own agenda, spending about four days a week on the road and one day at your home office for administration and planning. This isn't just a sales role; it's about becoming a trusted partner, providing market feedback to our UK headquarters, and educating customers on our market-leading products.
Rebuilding and managing relationships with existing customers.
Identifying and onboarding new business, from independent shops to national retailers in sports, toys, and electronics.
Acting as the eyes and ears of the company in the Benelux region, providing crucial market feedback.
Conducting 2-4 customer visits per day.
Managing your own schedule with a high degree of autonomy.
Occasionally travelling to the UK for training, product launches, and team events.

We are looking for a candidate whose personality shines. You are a proactive and engaging communicator who sees a challenge as an opportunity. You are comfortable being on the road and can easily connect with a wide range of people, from small shop owners to buyers at large retail chains. While experience is important, your character, drive, and eagerness to learn are what will truly make you successful.
A proven track record in a field sales role (2-3 years of experience is ideal).
A sparkling, resilient, and proactive personality.
Experience in the retail, toys, or consumer electronics sectors is a plus.
The ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Netherlands and the northern part of Belgium.
Fluent in
