As an Inside Sales Representative English-Spanish, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential new customers and existing clients. You actively identify customer needs and persuade them of the value of the products and solutions. You maintain close contact with customers through various media channels, provide advice on products, and guide them to the company's online platform for placing orders. Thanks to your commercial drive and customer-focused approach, you contribute to generating growth and increasing market share among the company's clients.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing advice and information via phone and digital channels about products, solutions, and services;
  • Actively steering conversations and persuading customers to make purchases;
  • Preparing quotations in collaboration with the Customer Service Team;
  • Registering customer data and sales in the systems;
  • Reporting daily metrics to the Sales Manager and identifying potential process improvements.

As a young professional, you possess a strong commercial drive and an energetic, proactive, customer-focused approach. You are quick to adapt and excel at responding to different situations. With your background and/or affinity for the hospitality industry, you effortlessly connect with customers.

In addition, you bring the following qualifications:

  • You are a professional with an MBO-level education, preferably with 3 to 5 years of experience in a commercial role;
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish;
  • You have a commercial mindset and are familiar with working with targets and achieving set goals;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel;
  • Knowledge and experience with a CRM system;
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, customer-oriented, and flexible.
