Functieomschrijving

As a Logistics & Customer Service Employee at Apacer, you play an essential role in both the logistic and administrative processes. You serve as the link between customers, the European team, and the headquarters in Taiwan. Thanks to your accuracy and organizational skills, you ensure that orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
Your tasks include:

  • Processing and verifying sales orders to ensure accurate and timely handling.
  • Communicating via email with customers and the headquarters in Taiwan to answer inquiries and coordinate logistical processes.
  • Handling logistical administration, such as maintaining inventory records and transport documentation.
  • Assisting with warehouse tasks (35-40%), including order picking and manual picking.
  • You work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Quickly switching between various tasks is second nature to you, and you always manage to maintain a clear overview. Your flexible and proactive attitude contributes to a seamlessly running logistics process.
Functie-eisen
For this role, we are looking for an accurate and adaptable team player with a proactive mindset. You will recognize yourself in the following profile:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) and a good conversational level in Dutch.
  • A completed MBO+ level education, preferably in logistics.
  • Experience in logistics is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • A responsible and loyal work attitude, with the ability to switch effectively between various tasks.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn approach, always striving for improvement and efficiency.
