In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our order processing and customer service, making sure everything flows seamlessly from start to finish. You’ll take charge of the entire order journey, from entry to follow-up, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision. Your day-to-day will involve managing orders with efficiency, responding to customer inquiries with a smile, and constantly looking for ways to make our processes even better. You’ll also negotiate with suppliers, collaborate closely with internal and external teams, and always aim to keep our customers delighted. Your goal? To keep our customers not just satisfied, but thrilled with their experience.
On top of that, you’ll be the go-to expert for a select group of internal clients, about two to three in total. You’ll offer them tailored advice, keep a watchful eye on their progress, and ensure they’re always happy with the solutions we provide. This role is all about making a real impact and keeping our customers coming back for more!
