As a Commercial Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with an Account Manager in one of our sales teams. While the Account Manager focuses on closing deals with multinationals such as Nike and Kraft Heinz, you are the central point of contact for managing these customers.
You ensure that all orders run smoothly, maintain close contact with the back office and warehouse, and proactively keep customers informed about developments. No two days are the same, and that variety is exactly what makes this role both challenging and enjoyable.
You will work with customers from all over the world. Whether it’s large companies from the US, Asia, Europe, or South America, chances are you’ve heard of or worked with our clients. Major brands across a wide range of industries trust Exellyn for their IT infrastructure solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Translating customer needs into solutions within Exellyn’s hardware and services portfolio
- Managing the full order process and acting as the main point of contact for customers
- Maintaining relationships with international customers and proactively updating them on order statuses
- Onboarding new customers and contributing ideas to improve sales processes
